Email recall option in outlook 2007

There are probably times when you have sent an e-mail message, wishing you had not.

If you have a Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account, you can take advantage of the recall feature in such situations. For example, if you mistakenly send a message to the wrong recipient, you can recall it.

To recall a message in Outlook Then later they get the recalled message. Its very confusing to most people as they think that recall means just that.

Please tell me how to export my Outlook e-mail addresss to a different computer. I am trying to set up my home computer with the same outlook contact information as the one at work. No recall funtion does not work for our side org.

They have to be on the exchange server for this fuctinality. In the past when I recalled a message the orginal first messages would have a red line thourgh it, and could not be opened.

The receipient would get a email stating that the email with that subject name was recalled. Now what we are experiencing is that the orginal email can still be opened and not red out, plus you have to open the second recall message in oredr for the first message to be recalled. This is an issue, since people will read the nessage in the order thety came, and prevent the recall form working.
